Each ride is based on a 4 hour stay at Magic City Casino. Determined by the arrival time.

Policies:

You Pay Only: $15
Reservations required.
Reservations can be made up to 3 hours prior to departure.
Transportation for gaming customers only.
Must be 21 or older and have a valid photo ID.
Must be a Rewards member to redeem Free Play. If you are not a member, you can join for free at the Wind Creek Rewards desk upon arrival.
Bus arrival times are estimates only and do not guarantee your participation in Magic City Casino promotions.
Routes and times are subject to change.

Reservations

Advanced Reservations Required
Online Reservations:
Online reservations are suggested and faster with secured payment processing.
Reservation Quantity:
Customers can make reservations for up to 4 people.
Reservation Confirmation:
A confirmation will be emailed to you with all details of your trip.
Reservation Reminder:
A reminder will be emailed and text message will be sent 24 hours prior to your trip date.

Upon Boarding

Manifest List:
The driver will check off names on the manifest list. As a back up, it is suggested that guests bring a printed version of email confirmation or show driver on mobile device if there is any discrepancy.
Seating:
‍There are no reserved seats. First come first served. Guests shall not block seats or deny someone sitting next to them.
Conduct:
Guests must board the bus with care and respect for others. No pushing or cutting in line. If guests are misbehaving or disobeying, they will not board the motorcoach.
Lost or Stolen Items:
Magic City Casino, CTS nor the motorcoach company is responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Always keep all personal items with you.
Damaged or Towed Vehicles:
Magic City Casino, CTS nor the motorcoach company is responsible for damage, theft or tow to your vehicle.

SECURE ONLINE Payments

Online payments are safe and secure. We implement reliable security measures including encryption, tokenization and adherence to industry standards.

Reservation Payment:
Credit Cards or Debit Cards Only. No cash. For safety reasons we will not be accepting cash on board.

Cancellations

Reservation Cancellation:
Reservation cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to departure time of trip.
Request Cancellation:
To request a reservation cancellation, you can either call the reservations number or submit a request online. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to departure time of trip. To submit a request to cancel your reservation online Select the REQUEST CANCELLATION button and enter your Reservation Number and Email.
Cancellation Refund Process:
Once a cancellation request has been submitted, an administrator will review and process the refund. A final cancellation / refund confirmation will be emailed to you.
Operator Cancellation:
In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a refund of the full amount will be issued.
No Shows:
Not eligible for refund and will be charged full price.
Cancellation Policy:
This cancellation policy applies to all Magic City Casino Express trips. No refunds or credits are available once the trip date/time has past.

We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt-out of receiving announcements of certain information. Reservation Services provides the Motorcoach Service to customers to enable customers to make online reservations for Motorcoach Services to the casino. By providing your email address, you consent to receive information about your reservation and other communications through the email address you have specified. All reservations are subject to the availability of the Motorcoach Service for your specified time, date and party, and are not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email. By submitting a reservation request you are agreeing to terms and conditions and policies of this site.

You must be an individual of at least 21 years old to use the Motorcoach Service, and have not previously been removed or suspended from the Motorcoach Service for any reason.
